Hi Karen I'm Linda I'm tnew to the group also. My surgery is on Tuesday, September 19. For the past two weeks I have been on a liquid diet girl the struggle is real! LOL !
Sticky notes work well I put them all over the mirror is reminding myself why I'm doing this. I went out and purchased a dress that I would love to wear and put it on my door and I tell myself every day you will wear that dress !!
