I love these. I also really enjoy honey roasted peanuts, sf pudding, and Greek yogurt.
 
I haven't snacked on nuts since the first week. They are EXTREMELY high in calories. And their major baddie is fat. To make
soybean snacks, soak for one day in very salted water. Drain and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake until crunchy.

For an added treat, shake in a paper bag with dried herbs, dill, seasoning salt, flaked yeast or anything that sounds good to you.

Even small amounts of beans are high in calories but they're also the highest source of protein you can get in an ounce of any protein - containing food.
