Hi. My advice is to start at the beginning. Get back to what made you successful before. Carefully measure & chart your intake and exercise. Drink water, drink water, drink water. Avoid all sweets. Maybe keep a journal. Use the resources available on this website. You’ll get to where you want to go. It’s a life long journey.
 
Hello and welcome. It can be hard to keep it going, especially when you start eating more and different foods.

Go back to measuring your food, so you relearn the actual serving sizes again. I consistently grab more than I think I have!! Also, try tracking a few days a week. That will keep you honest. And if you put it in before you eat it, you know exactly when you're done eating for the day.
