Hi everyone! I just found this group, I'm new here. So I am scheduled for a Gastric Sleeve on 8/17/22, I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I find myself double guessing myself at times but I really need this to get my life back.

WOW! My words exactly lol I too feel that way! I would say its normal to feel that way. I want to get off some meds and the doctor stopped one pill already because I lost 13 lbs From listening to all the Bariatric Guru's on here this is fine. My surgery is the 20th of April and every day I think and believe this is good. I just put it in His hands. You will be great!
