I am 10 years out from RNY and have never had a support system, just kind of winged it till now. It took a while to figure out what I can and cant eat from allowed foods but Im pretty good now. I have had trouble finding friends who understand my limitations in food choices, so its hard to find a keeper. I also get tired easy due to low iron and d2. I'm hoping to find others who understand and would like to eventually meet and maybe plan some activities. If you know of a group that already does this, please share with me.
