I'm currently in the pureed food stage - have 6 more days.
I took an Adkins chicken and broccoli alfredo frozen dinner (cooked in the microwave) ,added some 2% milk (I can't handle less than that ;/), tossed in a bit of grated parm and threw it all in my blender. Add salt and peppper to taste. Man, talk about heaven!!
You can add as little or as much LF milk as you want, but the chicken flavor comes through wonderfully!
It makes a LOT for my wee tummy now, but it's so good I look forward to the leftovers!
IF you ate the whole thing there would be close to 28 grams of protein!
