I just received the best Birthday Gift Ever

Today is my 51st birthday and I have been on pins and needles waiting for the insurance certification for my upcoming surgery. Well wouldn't you know it...... I got a letter today - I am certified !!!!!!! They approved me!!!! This is the greatest Birthday EVER!!!!
