Hey everyone, how are things going just wanted to know has anyone struggled with an injury while trying to keep up exercising?

Ugh yes! Twice now I've slightly twisted my knee while exercising. It's so frustrating because it gets me off track of my exercise schedule and it's painful. I usually wait a day, baby things a little with heat and cold and then the first two days back I reduced my 2 miles to 1 mile so I didn't over do things. But I hope I don't do it again!
