Does anyone know if those meal services like Homefresh offer high protein meals? Has anyone tried them? Looking into them when I go to the final stage.

If I could cook, calculate nutritional value and portion size (I have enough trouble just logging and measuring my own), the energy you mentioned, and probably a lot of other things, I'd step right up to the plate!

There are some meal delivery services that the bodybuilding crowd use that is high protein. I don't know what parts of the country these are available in, so that might be a limiting factor. They have limited vegetarian options, so I haven't looked into them too deeply. We sometimes get Hello Fresh meals and I'll just add some protein sources to the meal if necessary.
