Need EXERCISE's to do inside

if you go on you tube you can find full length walking videos. I did those just after surgery when it was to hot to get outside. I now have a spinning bike that was well worth the money. However, until you find what you are looking for try the videos on YouTube.

Richard SImmons Sweating to the Oldies can be adapted from doing seated exercises righy on up to full dancing..

I used to use the Sweating to The Oldies in Elder care because I was able to adapt it to ability and mobility levels and chair / seated participation.

My groups loved Sweating to the Oldies.
 
My wife has taught me a lot of limbering up toning exercises. Toe touches ( I get about 4 inches away from my toes right now). alternating sliding arm down opposite leg. It really is hard to describe exercises. But if you do some research there are plenty around to help you limber up and get healthy.
