I have gone though all of the steps (weight management, psych eval, cardiologist ect). I have one more weight management visit before everything goes to the insurance company for approval. After that my pre-op consultation and blood work then we schedule the surgery in hopefully December! I am nervous. I get nervous every time I think about it. I had a baby in February. Since after having my son (not including weight right before delivery) I have lost 42 pounds. I can't wait to have the surgery (sleeve). I am starting to take my bariatric vitamins daily and trying to practice sipping (the hardest thing EVER).
I think my hardest things to deal with after the surgery is going to have to do with drinking (liquids not alcohol). I am a straw using, gulper and I have a mental block to drink when I eat.
