Hello. I'm on my fifth month of the required 6 month Dr supervised diet of daily weights, exercise and food logs. Have been to seminar and met with surgeon and completed psych eval. Last is clearance by cardiologist. Expecting to have surgery Sept 2016. Looking for post surgery advice.
