Hi all! I had my VSG in June 2012 and went from 238 down to 157. Gained it ALL back PLUS 5 pounds. Lost all the way back down to 166. Now, I’m back up to 198. It is like I have no desire to eat right! Plus, the price of everything has gone so sky high, that I literally have to buy what we can afford. And my hubby is opposite from myself. Where I need low carb and can gain 5 lbs just looking at a donut, he is tall, slender, built and doesn’t have to even work at it. What are some things you all are trying to do now to afford our lifestyle??
