Hello. I had RNY in Dec.2008. I lost 119 pounds and have maintained a 100 lb. loss... so I gained 19 of it back. I did that rather quickly.. just couldn't maintain ... I did this at the 2 year mark and have been unsuccessful in getting this weight back off. I have not been consistent in my exercise.. so I know I need to plan for the time for just me to accomplish this.. I can't decide where to go from here. but I know I need to be proactive. I am looking forward to sharing my journey and getting to know each of you as you share . Nobody can truly understand what it is like to be obese until they've been there and done that.
