Hello. I’m 6 months out from a gastric sleeve. I’ve lost 84 lbs so I feel amazingly better but I still have about 30 more to go to reach my goal weight. I’m beginning to struggle with the same old desires again now that I’m able to tolerate more and I’m finding it hard to find motivation to control it and to excercise. I don’t have a support group locally so I’m reaching out here to see if anyone can give some advise.
