Hello everybody. I'm new here. I'm 64 years old and have been fighting the battle of the bulge since I was 15. I'm scheduled to have a gastric bypass on June 24. I haven't been told to be on liquids yet but I am meeting with a nurse on June 14 so I guess I'll hear all the preliminaries then. I am glad to get onto this forum and read about all of your experiences. I am concerned about learning to eat all over again. I'm gathering all of my tips that I can. What has been your experience with recovery? Have you had problems with excess skin.
