Hi Everyone,

I am new to the site and looking for some support.

I had RNY on 7.29.15 and am down about 113-114 lbs.

I notice I start going for the items I shouldn't and am so afraid of gaining weight back .. would love to speak to others going thru the same thing and the changes that we have all made.
