I have not lost any weight for 10 days. Obviously I am frustrated. There isn’t an apparent reason. It seems pretty early in the process. My surgeon told me I would loss 15-20 pounds a month for the first 6 months. I know I am slower due to having the lap band for 10 years prior to surgery. I just don’t want the weight loss to stop here. According to my surgeon’s goal I need to loss 80 more pounds. My personal goal is to loss 55-60 more pounds. I am probably overreacting, but I went through a lot for this to work and this is my last chance. Thanks for listening.
