I'm about 5 months post-op from RNY surgery and down nearly 145 lbs. I have about 45 more to go to reach goal but I am wondering now about what my targets should be. I find it hard to locate information on how many grams of protein I should be getting now as well as total calories per day. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated and/or any resources on how to find out!
