I am actually going for my 3 year check up today. My original goal was 170. I weighed 163.4 this morning. For me, WLS is the best decision I ever made for myself. EVER.
It is a tool and you get out of it what you put in. That being said, it resets your hunger hormones and just gives you a chance to put in the work without your own body working against you.
It IS scary. But its 100% worth it. My energy levels are through the roof.
