pre op struggles

Today was going to be my day to start eating healthy(make better choices) and replace 2 meals a day with protein shakes. FAIL...

Slipped up and ate leftover breadsticks for supper :-(

Only 1 protein drink today

Tried to make a protein shake smoothie for supper...not so good. Couldn't even drink half...

And im fighting cravings right now. I do not want to give in. I figure I already messed today up, so why not?? Will continue that fight.

Tomorrow is a new day!! Plus side NO SODA today :)

Any ideas and recipes of healthy low sugar smoothies? Or what I can do for a menu plan with substa
