Prepping

I'm new here trying to learn how this works but any help would be great from anyone
I don't know which surgery you are having, but I had gastric bypass on 12/6/16. I was scared to death to have the surgery, but the surgery itself was a breeze. It was done laparoscopically, so incisions were small. I was in hospital for one day. Went home and was alone for four days. Again, scared, but I did fine. No complications. The biggest setback I had was due to not having Bariatric vitamins. Make sure you have dissolvable, chewable or liquid. Your body will absorb things differently and pills are the hardest thing to absorb. The surgery also caused me to no longer be able to absorb fats. I have to eat extremely lean hamburger, skim milk and only a few yogurts. Let me know if you have other questions.
