After 3 years post surgery, I find I cannot drink protein shakes. They make my stomach hurt. Does anyone know of a lactose free shake? My cholesterol is up and I think it is because of all the nuts and meat I eat for protein. I need to try to get it back down. Thanks for any help. slucas
