Again...you have to total the nutrition info and check that ingredients are okay for you. Oh and for the curious...Bill Phillips is author and name of book is "Eating for Life".

CAPPUCCINO STRENGTH
12oz cold water
1 packet vanilla protein powder
2 tsp instant coffee
1/4tsp cinnamon, divided (1/8 mixed in, 1/8 sprinkled on top)
6 ice cubes

ICED CHAI
1/2c vanilla soy milk
1/2c chai tea concentrate
1 packet natural-flavor protein
1 c crushed ice

APPLE PIE A LA MODE*
6oz unsweetened apple juice
6oz cold water
1 packet vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp Butter Buds
1/4 tsp cinnamon, divided (1/8 mixed in, 1/8 sprinkled on top)
6 ice cubes
2Tbs Cool Whip Free (I usually omit)

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER*
12oz cold water
1 packet chocolate protein powder
1Tbs natural peanut butter (I just made this with PB2 instead....was great!)
6 ice cubes

FROSTED KEY LIME PIE*
12oz cold water
1 packet vanilla protein powder
3Tbsp frozen limeade concentrate
6 ice cubes

ALL THAT RAZZ
8oz light, fat-free sugar-free vanilla yogurt
1 packet vanilla protein powder
1/2c fresh or frozen red raspberries
1 squeeze of lime juice
sugar substitute to taste
3 ice cubes
 
How can you drink 12 oz? I make it to 4oz and I am full. I will be glad when I can drink a bit more of it.

KIm thanks for great receipes I am gonna go to library and look for his book. I tried the vanilla and mint shake last night , it was good. I love the receipes you've shared with all of us. thanks
