Here are the shake recipes from my cookbook. You'll have to figure out nutrition info for yourself. Also, double check ingredients to make sure okay for you. Author was NOT a bariatric specialist. I'll indicate the ones I've tried with an asterik. All ingredients for each shake are mixed in a blender.

STRAWBERRY BANANA *
12oz cold water/skim milk
1 packet vanilla protein poweder
1 small banana
6 frozen strawberries
(sometimes I leave out the banana and use more strawberries or sub strawberry flavored protein powder)

CHOCOLATE MINT
12oz cold water/skim milk
1 packet chocolate protein powder
1/8 tsp peppermint extract
6 ice cubes

PINA COLADA*
12oz cold water
1 packet vanilla protein powder
1/2c unsweetened pineapple chunks
1/4tsp coconut extract
6 ice cubes

VANILLA MALT
1c skim milk
1 packet vanilla protein powder
2Tbsp malted milk poweder
1Tbs fat-free, sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
6 ice cubes

COOKIES AND CREAM*
12oz cold water/skim milk
1 packet vanilla protein powder
1/4c Cool Whip Lite
6 ice cubes
3 chocolate wafer cookies

VERY CHERRY
12oz cold water
1 packet chocolate protein powder
1/3c frozen cherries, unsweetened
6 ice cubes

SPARKLING ORANGE (Probably a pre-surgery shake)
12oz diet orange soda
6oz light, fat-free orange-flavored yogurt
1 packet vanilla protein powder
1/2 orange, peeled
6 ice cubes

BLACKBERRY SMOOTHIE
12oz cold water
1 packet vanilla protein powder
2Tbs frozen orange juice concentrate
10 frozen blackberries
3 ice cubes

Most definitely too much! Again to reiterate, the author was NOT a bariatric specialist. You will need to adjust the amounts to make a smaller batch or nurse it all day or trash the excess. Your surgeon's guidelines should always come first!

Stick it in the fridge and have some later or the next day. Most will keep in the fridge. I often make mine at night for the next day. Also by waiting a while you won't get any or at least fewer air bubbles in your shakes. Most of these you could halve the amounts for smaller shakes. Thanks for the recipes. They are very similar to the ones my Center shared with me. Joy

hi Kim in nc thank you so much for taking the time to type all of these out, there are some really good ones on here, wish I would have known about these months ago but it's not too late to start enjoying them. I will have no excuse for making excuses for not drinking my protein now. I made me one yesterday with strawberry protein mix skim milk strawberry and banana, and even added some sugar free dry jello mix. well the jello mix made it too strong on the strawberry side and I didn't care for the banana taste. but learn from my mistakes. I hope life is treating you well and that you have a good weekend, I plan to try some of these this weekend and hopefully get my kids to try them with me. thanks again I sure appreciate all your help.

I bet you could use some small dixi cups and sizzle sticks to make some little protien pops for when you need a little somthin- somthin, the kids would like it too. I think you could sub some C.L. orange for the Orange soda and it would still taste ok.

Thanks for the recipes. i was getting bored with my shakes. i did add a tbsp of peanut butter to my Bariatric Fusion chocolate Mousse powder and that tastes great but not sure what to do with the strawberry powder.
