Reset?

I have been stalled for awhile now. I have increased exercise and keeping tabs on food intake which has been difficult.
I am constantly thinking about food.
Has anyone done a pouch reset with results getting the body back to losing weight?
 
If I feel like I need to refocus, I go back to weighing/measuring and tracking my intake. No matter how often I have eaten 1 oz of almonds, if I grab them and then weigh, I have 1.2+ oz my hand. Which means when I'm not checking, I am probably eating 20% more than a serving size. And probably not just with almonds. That can quickly add up.
