In case you haven't seen it, there's a fabulous resource section below the post list. It goes way back, most posted by people who aren't here anymore.
But here's one from me. I made it for my obese older sister who wanted to know how I'd done it. I left out my most private info, including my surgery. If I'd told, the tips would be ignored and dismissed out of hand.
But following the plans I laid out, anyone could lose weight without surgery.
