If you think you don't like them but haven't tried them lately, consider trying them again. Tastes do change, you know.
Wild Planet, Wild Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon
These are scale-free and lightly smoked. I don't find them to have that objectionable "fishy" taste at all.
Good source of Omega 3, vitamins B12 and D, and selenium. Ounce for ounce, more calcium and phosphorus than milk, more iron than spinach, more potassium than coconut water and bananas, and as much protein as steak.
Eat 'em right out of the can; chopped over veggies, etc.
