It is going to depend on your age and your skins elasticity. You cannot tone away the sagging skin of losing a ton of weight. It will recover somewhat but you are going to have excess skin. That's just fact.
If it becomes a medical issue, such as its causing rashes under your belly, your insurance company may pay to have that excess skin removed. WLS centers are very good at getting this covered if its necessary.
I will tell you I joke all the time that I have 17 ass rolls lol But, I did not have the perfect body when I was fat, so I'm not surprised I don't have one now. I do not think my loose skin is any more ugly, (to use your word) than my rolls of fat were.
I lost 100lbs. I no longer have diabetes. I no longer have to take medication for blood pressure or cholesterol. I no longer have to take pain meds because my feet/joints hurt too badly to function without them. Instead, I hiked around the Grand Canyon in 108 degree temps. I feel amazing. A M A Z I N G !! I would not trade that for anything. My ass could hang down to my knees and I'd still recommend this surgery.
