Some things I found helpful

Just wanted to share some things that I have found very useful...
  1. My I watch or you can use a fit bit or pedometer I make sure that I have taken at least 10,000 steps 6 days a week with one “ME” day that day it doesn’t matter about my steps
  2. Bala wrist weight ( they were featured on Shark Tank) you can get them on Amazon
They have really stepped up my walking and Yoga workouts . They come in different size weights up to 1pound per wrist. They are Great
  1. My Hidrate spark smart water bottle. Game changer... the bottle glows to remind you to drink water it also measures how much water you are drinking it also sends the info to an app
  2. Walking dvd “ Walk away the pounds” Leslie Sansone on rainy days or Hot ( I live in Florida) I can do some walking indoors . She has a bunch of the dvds all different fitness levels from beginner to advanced
