Stomach spasms ?

Good morning to all!
I am at day 5 of my surgery and was wondering if having spasms are part of the recovery process. They started a day ago and have gotten worse...the pain comes from up my tummy area and it between by boobs. Please any advice or comments would be helpful.

You should probably call your surgeons office. Are you taking any kind of acid reducing medication?

Sorry you are going through this. I agree, contact your surgeons office. It may be nothing abnormal but will give you peace of mind or if it is something of concern, they will ask you to come in for evaluation. Either way always best to pick up the phone and call them. Good luck!

I started getting those on day 3. When I called my surgeons office they said it was from drinking too fast and cold stuff. I switched to warm and it was a huge help and improvement. They also said water can do it. Good luck and hope they go away soon.
