First go back on a liquid diet for 5 days. This will shrink your stomach. Then eat mainly protein, small amounts of carbs, eat tiny amounts often so you're not hungry. If you drink protein shakes then don't eat at the same time. Double calories. Your carbs should be veggies that have little calories like green beans, tomatoes, stewed tomatoes etc. Eat lean chicken breast, fish, even lean beef and pork is good. Protein is the key!
