I have almost gained back the 100lbs that I lost after the surgery. I am now trying everything to eat three small meals a day. Need suggestions.
 
Dig out the rules they gave you immediately post op & follow them. If you can't find them, try to see your doctor or someone,( nurse, nutritionist, etc) from that office to help you get back on track.

First go back on a liquid diet for 5 days. This will shrink your stomach. Then eat mainly protein, small amounts of carbs, eat tiny amounts often so you're not hungry. If you drink protein shakes then don't eat at the same time. Double calories. Your carbs should be veggies that have little calories like green beans, tomatoes, stewed tomatoes etc. Eat lean chicken breast, fish, even lean beef and pork is good. Protein is the key! Keep your calories under 800 a day. You will lose weight! Good Luck!
