I don't know about you, but when I want to buy a book, I always start by reading the table of contents.

I asked Dr David Creel if it would be okay for me to post this TOC from his book. I had already ask him where I could find it, explaining my book buying process. He kindly wrote me back and included this graphic of his TOC.
