I am working on getting ready for the sleeve surgery. Currently doing to nutritionist and various specialist appointments. Hoping to get helpful hints and encouragement from this site.

We have all been through it. You will have support here. I usually get on at night because my days consists of taking care of my boys. But you got this. Learn as much as you can and put it into play as early as you can. The faster you get used to the diet the easier the change. Just like you I am still going through the process. I have 2 class and one more evaluation to do and I will be ready. Ask what you need and I will answer the best I can
