Upset stomach , but is it pouch or old stomach

Had revision to bypass due to Gerd , now get upset stomach but nothing I drink , eat , tums etc calms it down .
Is it the old stomach part that nothing enters causing it and if so how do you cure ?

This is a medical question. You are having a physical problem a doctor should hear about, preferable a gastrointestinal specialist, or your bariatric team. I understand, but you're still having a problem and it might be serious. What are THEY telling you? You have symptoms, and that means there's something going on. I saw about 20 doctors before I finally found one I wanted to be my family doctor for life. It reminds me of the old joke, "What do you call the person who graduates last in his class at medical school?"

The answer? "Doctor."

We may all be created equal philosophically, but when it comes to our bodily functions, our organs, our particular responses to disease or illness, we are definitely unique.
