I know it is probably hard to do with the sleeve, but the gallbladder should always come out when a person has weight loss surgery. The organ itself responds badly to rapid weight loss and demonstrates that by forming Bunches of gallstones. True story. Look it up.

I cannot believe that it is even an option to keep it! I think it's all the insurance companies. Probably an extra 10 minutes added to the procedure but gotta cut those corners.
