I am actually pretty close to most of these anyway. I don't know if it helps with weight loss but it certainly can't hurt. I can say I worked midnights for years when I was younger. I kept a 'regular' schedule, even on my off days, meaning I went to bed at around 2pm and woke up at 9pm every day. Or at least that was the goal, although I often was up until 4 or 5pm. I was always tired. Which meant fast, easy, processed food for meals, no extra movement and an overall feeling of "blah". Much like the winter blues, when we lack enough sunlight and outdoor time to feel our best.
