hi aleyva01 hi I haven't had my surgery yet I will in sept, but I can only igmagine how you must feel, I think others should show you more respect, you've made a life time commitment to becomming a healthier you, I know most of us, food has been our friend when happy and sad and also our reward to ourselves when things go right, I hope you find foods you are allowed to eat and other things to do while they are indulging in things that wont' work well with your new way of life. don't give up you've come this far and you'll succeed, ONE BITE at a time, I have 3 kids at home and there lifestyly hasn't changed since I have deceided I wanted to be healthier, sure I have good and bad days but I know in the end the results will be worth it all.
