sorry didn't get back to you before now just got home yesterday and just chillin was a long drive home sore from surgery and sore from drive home had to stop every hour to walk around will get on line more as i feel less sore

you can do it when i started down this road I was over 355 and now i am down to 319 so you can do it just take a pic of yourself before and put it on the frig with a note of encouragement you will see just how quick you loose the wieght good luck

Surgery date getting close, so excited! But scared, can I do this?
