  • I'm almost _________ years old, and pray that I can loss weight each week. My goal to lose is 175lbs. I realize that I can't get to 175 without exercise. Currently I have nerve damage to my feet and my legs hurt from double knee surgery. Yes to much weight causing my knee problems. I'm a teacher so I'm always on my feet and at times have to sit long periods at a time. I cant exercise until I loose weight. What do you suggest for exercising. MY funds are limited so gyms, are not the answer.
    I also understand that you cannot drink coffee I'm a 2 cups a day coffee drinker. Can anyone suggest what to drink in the place of coffee?
    The first week you can only have clear liquids. I know that they will let me know what to drink but My anxiety is making me ask questions instead of waiting until April 17th.
