To all the new people out there..REMEMBER...this is a support blog only!! We all have different doctors and different medical backgrounds. GO TO YOUR DOCTOR WITH MEDICAL QUESTIONS!! Not us. We only have OUR SOLUTIONS THAT WORKED FOR US. I am finally below 200#. I exercise 4-5 days a week and walk on the treadmill with a interment(up/5% then down to flat) for 30 minutes then do strenght exercises for 20 minutes. I am losing inches like crazy. I'm coming up to 1 yr post op and STILL think it was the best decision I ever made for me!
