Nsaids

They say no nsaids after bariatric surgery
But when I pull muscle in my back Aleve is only thing that relieves inflammation !
What else can I take ??
Tylenol does nothing for inflammation

This is really an important medical question, especially since there are so many options. I'd definitely consult a bariatric physician, and in the meantime I'd probably try classic pain relief through hot or cold treatments.
