I just had my surgery on 06/10/13 and I need all the support I can get. After reading your post I am already feeling a little better. I just feel so hungry and light headed. Has this happen to anyone else after the sleeve operation?

Mine was great too, I am tired of liquid diet already lol, cant wait to start eating solid food how are u adjusting off?

Congratulations on your surgery and I KNOW you are thrilled! I am starting week 3 of my Opti-fast and I am losing weight! Believe it or not, I am not too hungry now that my brain and stomach have calmed down. I just had to show them who's boss!! Girl . . . . . you drink, drink, drink!!!! I couldn't more happy for you! Thank you for inspiring me in this crazy journey! Much love to you!
