Yes, that is the same hopes I have. I didn't feel that it was hard at all as I am determined and focused. I am currently on day 3 and so far I have lost 12 pounds (unbelievable if anyone would have told me they lost 12 pounds in that short amount of time I would have said they are not truthful)...

I am currently on the 5 day pouch test day 1, I am 9 years out, in 19 days this is my first time doing the pouch test I have regained about 25-30 pounds from my lowest weight after surgery. I feel it is time to do this pouch test but am wondering what if my pouch is really stretched or non...
