I can't believe my surgery is tomorrow!! Thank you all for your tips. I am off from work until June 30 so I should gave plenty of time for recovery and to get my walking in.
I start my liquid diet today. I can't believe I am actually beginning the preparations for my surgery, it seems so surreal. I am not nervous about my surgery but for what will come after. I keep hearing about all the bad things people experience. I just hope it's not as bad as some people say...
The reason I ask about the importance of exercise is because I lead a very hectic schedule with 4 kids who are involved heavily in sports. I am running 4-5 nights a week with them and find it difficult to fit exercise in. I am wondering how soon after surgery to start physical activity as well...
