    Melissa there are high protein chicken broths, high protein jellos and there are high protein clear liquid drinks out there to help get that protein in. I have already been stocking up on the high protein clear liquid and high protein drinks and powders-those I got lots of samples to use. Carol

    noobie w/ issues grrr

    I have heard of strictures happening from time to time with others and from what they said they let their surgeons know and they went back in to get it opened. They say it happens from time to time. No way to predict it. It is not frequent. Your Team is there for you-let them know ASAP. Carol

    New Here. Three weeks post opp and looking for a support group.

    Tylenol also comes in liquid adult form I have seen it in Walmart and I will be picking up a couple bottles of the stuff right before my surgery. I hope you feel better soon. Make sure you keep you team informed of what is going on with you-that is what they are there for. Carol

    Question about day before surgery!

    One of my requirements for my Bypass was to have a colonoscopy to rule out colon cancer especially since my mom's mom and her mom had it. I had to take Miralax in 64 ounces of sugar free propel (as opposed to gator ade) the propel had electrolytes in it. It didn't taste as bad as some things do...

    My husband read that chlorella is good for you. I looked it up and it has 50% vegetarian Protein and repairs your DNA and RNA. I would like to know since it is so close to my surgery if it would be appropriate before and after the surgery to use it-or would it cause any medical problems...

    Vitamins

    Calcium Citrate + D chews are available in Walmart stores. I picked up my vitamins on Unjury-Opurity Optimized for Bypass and Sleeve chewables. I'll be picking up the sublingual B-12's. Carol
