hi Rebecca i have tried many , the one i like best is sold in Rite-Aid and Walmart its called AES Myoplex CARB CONTROL it comes in french vanilla and chocolate fudge , both are pretty good

Almost 3 weeks post op and doing good , i started doing a lil exercise today i rode my stationary bike 15 mins 2x today . Rode 10 mins 2x times aday yesterday .My surgeon is happy with my prgeress and so is my PCP. Ok i'll keep it short i'm just keeping everyone up to date .. much love Renie

i had the worst trouble with protein shakes too , i found EAS Myoplex carb control actually quite good , they have french vanilla and chocolate fudge . they pre made and are sold at rite-aid and walmart . they are the only ones i can tolerate . hope this helps

my surgeon says for me not to try lettuce for at least 6 months after surgery .

I went to my sureon today and had my staples rmoved i couldnt be happier . Now i can start exercising more and take normal showers . :) i kinda like the fact that im always cold as well , its alot better then sweating all the time ...lol im looking forward to my new healthy life , my glucose...

my JPDrain is finally out i feel alot better without it . :-)

tomorrow i get my drain out , and next week the 40 staples .. 3 weeks seens like a long time to keep staples in ..has anyone else had staples in that long ?

hi ..i had mysurgery a day after you .. i lost about the same , my doctore told me i still have alote of surgery fluid in me and we still arent getting aroung and exercizing yet b/c we just had surgery ..be patient ..hope that helps
