All cleared for surgery on Friday. 2 more days of solids and protein shakes then 1 day of clear liquids. Then a new beginning. I am down a total of 10 pounds since 11/30. Good luck to every one else with upcoming surgeries.

Last visit with primary care physician tomorrow for the go ahead on Friday:) Excited and getting a little more nervous....I will post again tomorrow after appt.

Hi Becca, I to am on the pre-op diet. My surgery is Dec 14th. I am allowed to eat small meals but have to drink 3 protein shakes a day. I get a little hungry but not to bad. I would definately talk with your nutritionalist and see if there is anything else you could have. Best of luck to...

Surgery is 11 days away. I am getting excited and nervous. I am doing the pre-op diet and it is going ok so far. Started it last Friday. Had pre-op appt today. That went well. Down 8#'s from last visit. On my way
