    oh my it will get better. In a matter of weeks you will feel energy that is very new. Also the tired feeling will go away as you are able to get the protein and water intake in. Good luck

    Do yourself a favor and get out a measuring tape

    Great job Frank My team did a picture and measurements just be surgery. I am glad they did as the weight and inches declined fast enough that I didn't think about it. I do measure now mostly because the blasted scale will not move. Good luck Isales and yes measure yourself often.

    Surgery date, January 27th

    Congratulations on setting the date. The only advice I have is do exactly what the surgeon says to do. Remember that there will be tough times but it is so worth it. Best of luck Oh one other things start taste testing protein shakes :)

    weight watchers was not accepted for me. I had to see the Dr. once a month to be weighed and I had to bring a list of all food and exercise. Hope this helps Good luck with your journey
