Are u getting to full. I think this is common if yr to full. Try stop eating before u get full and see if that help. If that doesn't work I would call your surgeon.

Welcome, I have the lap band and have no trouble taking my pills and some are big. You may be able to get off of some of them after surgery. If you do have problems take them one at a time.

U can ask yr PCP to give u a weight.
I got rid of all the junk food too. I gave it to my brother I had sweet cakes, chips, dip and popcorn it took 3 bags to hold it all. He said to me "u can't eat any of this" I said, "I could but want to lose this weight and that stuff got me to fat".

Welcome, sorry I don't have any problems with protein. I can't offer any advice. Maybe u can read on some of the post and get some help. I hope this clears up for you.
